as the resident snow skier, one year i skied 10 days living in houston with only 5 days of vacation; i recommend getting a houston cougars sticker and putting it on your helmet as people rarely notice gators on the mountain.
I just like it and it matches my gear! I skied 30+ days last year and whenever I wear anything with UH on it, someone always comments.

30 days is really good especially if you are in houston. personnaly, i’m looking to move to Boston and their local hill is Wachusetts; i may ski 7 days a week there just because i cant do that from houston; i’ve had enough hurricanes.
I live in Houston, but we have a house in Colorado. Not going to get nearly as many days this winter! I grew up on the east coast, skiing isn’t great there.
