These coaches think they can behave like spoiled children with anyone. Patterson was notorious for that stuff.
Just not a good look. Sark could’ve engaged the guy differently and still got what he said he wanted, which was not be touched. What an azzole. smh
In a year that didn’t go as scripted, he just dug his hot seat hole a bit deeper.

As bad as this looks though, honestly, why is he clenching his hand in his chest like that? I’m sure to a regular person in a grocery store or elsewhere, it would bring about the same reaction. Sark is a grown man. He probably could have handled it a bit better though.

Stay classy UT!
The first thing a professional should master when given authority is the manner in which they deal with people in lower, subordinate positions.
Too often these guys go straight to command and control, leaving them no coping mechanism for the occasional 3rd party that interferes with their work.
That was like a Colonel screaming at a waitress in Cracker Barrel. Awful lack of self-control.
