The strip along the Red River on the Shreveport side is what you were referring to; but on the Bossier City side there’s casinos and a lot of entertainment as well.
Times have changed a bit and we did play a ranked penn state coming off 12-1 season…but i feel ya. obviously i was big beliver in dana and that we would be a well coached football team. And as one of the bigger dana supporters on this board i find this year to be concerning.
That’s where all of the pep rallies and night before stuff will be happening

That’s why I referenced the practices. Give the players time for finals, but prep. Fans spend their good money to see you play, at least be properly prepared.

Bought the family four pack on the Independence website. Buy through the school if you can. I just hate getting crappy seats from the ticket allotment, so prefer to buy directly from the bowl.

If this team was headed in the right direction no one would be complaining.
It’s how this entire season went down……no need to re-hash.
Nobody here expects to go to an NY6 every year….we know we are not Georgia or Bama……every now and then we should have a shot and other years we won’t.
I don’t have a problem with that……I have a problem with how underwhelming this years team was coached.
The players number 1 were let down as well as the fans/ alumni.
This team was good enough to get to the Cotton Bowl.
The coaching staff let everyone down.
If you disagree, fine.
But what you said in your post is just flat wrong.
Unless you are just trolling all of us….if that’s the case shame on me.

Being a day game should help keep us out of 30 and 40 degree weather. That Temple game I went to last year was cold. I am hoping for a game in the 50s or 60s.

The family four pack is on the “home side” and in the game graphics “Ragin Cajuns vs UH” we are listed as the home team being placed 2nd on the marquee, so… 
I’ll probably be sitting with a mix of the other cheap skates like me. Although, I did opt for the chairback seats at a higher price to keep the wife and her back happy, so maybe not so cheap.

Quit complaining! Go and eat like kings. Don’t take for granted the fantastic gulf coast food you have access to. Football game is gravy at that point.
