Good article. Everyone has to do their 1/11th. In regards to captains it can’t just be one captain being captain. All of the captains have to be captains.

For lack of a better word let’s call it chemistry. The power of a commitment to team. You do whatever is necessary for the success of the whole. It is something taught in the military-you give your best not because of personal glory but because you don’t want to fail your brother who is giving his best for you. What the article describes to me is that attitude, that commitment.
