That was very impressive, I can see why he has been so successful. I like how he credits his past coaches and acknowledges those he has learned from whether guys he coached under and others he learned from at seminars and from observing. I like how he keeps them fresh by not running them on Friday and how he gives them Sundays off. Basically his teams will be as well prepared as possible .
I like the fact that he is a humble man but takes full command of the team and knows what they are doing. If Art Briles had been like that he would still be coaching today. I have wanted Fritz as our coach since he was at Sam Houston and am thrilled to have him coaching our team and rebuilding our team. I think he will make us proud.

He’s been wanting to be here for a long time and had his eye on UH for a spell, heard him say he met Coach Yeoman in interviews, he’s quite aware of our winning ways and tradition says it’s his dream to be here. I always believed timing is everything in life. I wanted him to as well years ago for our program especially after his stint with SHSU. We had done that he be coaching still here I believe, he be like Kyle Whiitingham is to Utah. Stay with the program and usher us into the B12. Which he is kind of doing now, but without the detour stops .UH is very fortunate this man wasn’t hired by someone else and got a second chance at the brass ring. He’s got a new football ops bldg he going to inherit and get to put his design input on. Then he will assume his throne as the true " COUGAR KING’ in Coogdom.

Wow what a great speech! I can’t wait to see a disciplined team again. It’s like all of us Coog fans have been wondering in the desert for years waiting for this type of leader. You can bet Coach Yeoman is looking down and smiling.
