I don’t think assuming sabotage in this situation requires much tin foil. Pretty reasonable guess.
That said, Lawdog could also be right.

Maybe Lawdog has such strong opinions because he was part of the sabotage. Something to think about.
It is an interesting theory that it was due to lack of or improper maintenance.
But I was thinking if they wanted to blow it up, why not just put the timed charges on
a pipeline pig to do it for you ? Send it in andlet it do it’s thing. No need to send military
vessels and divers. Note, I’m not a pipeline expert and not sure if they even use pigs on gas
pipelines like that one.
