All of that has already happened at some time or another.

Like those Democrat policies of banning books? Or mandating that both sides of the Holocaust be taught?

You know what, I need to give myself a vacation.

Nope
.

Wanting to get rid of the electoral college doesn’t make one a democrat. It means you want every vote to count the same
like every other election in the US except the President. No state does it like that for their governor. The EC was fine 200+ years ago when getting information about national candidates was hard
today it’s just stupid.

It will most likely be done in the next 10-15 years, and without a constitutional amendment
only 61 more electors to go

Americans have wanted this for a while now

If NC, MI, VA, AZ & NV, all states that have passed it in at least one legislative house, enact it
then the EC as we know it is over and our president will finally be elected based on number of individual votes and finally
all presidential votes will count the same.

It may not make you solely a Democrat but it does make you a idiot.

People still dont understand what the founding father was doing to prevent a despot government.

Just because a candidate may receive more votes doesnt mean its healthy for the country. With popular vote it can and probably will be a 1 party seat. When it becomes that the other side wont even run.

And some you are college educated, thinking popular vote wont turn lead a massive fraudfest and/or to a despot.

Believing in and advocating for democracy makes somebody an idiot? But also wanting a dictatorship or despot??

lol the math ain’t mathing.

That reads really poorly.

Considering the US is a Republic not a democracy yes i would.

Furthermore not understanding what happens when the majority, democrats as of right now, win for 50 years makes me wonder if you have any forethought at all.

Your brain isnt braining.

The founders would agree with my statement. Its litterly why everything is anti dictatorship from them.

Every system is working as intended from the founders, much to the dismay of modern politicians.

A republic is a form/type of democracy. Someone who doesn’t understand this is unqualified to have a legitimate opinion on our government.

Thanks for telling on yourself once again that you’re motivated strictly by partisan reasons and not any actual principles. Hence why you’re so staunchly anti-democracy.

We are very far from the system as designed and intended by the founders. Also
they’re dead and were wrong on several things. Deferring to them as if they’re infallible and got things perfect is just misguided fapping.

Not sure they would say it the way you did.

And every system isn’t working as intended. Thankfully.

I don’t know why people say we are a republic and not a democracy. We are both.

That’s like saying my dog is a canine, not an animal.

They do it purposefully as a strategy to help them advocate and push for anti-democratic policies and be against pro-democracy efforts and solutions. Can’t be for limiting democracy by infringing on the right to vote and making it harder for people to vote under the false guise and premise to ensure election integrity/anti-fraud but also say “America is a democracy”.
