Just heard the CEO of Rumble discuss the suit. He’s in it with Musk. He said the World Federation of Advertisers conspired to not advertize on certain platforms. He made an interesting arguement.
He also has a suit going against Google for monopolistic tactics. He said they have reached the discovery phase.
Has there every been a successful lawsuit that forces customers to buy products?
And in what universe should that be allowed to happen? Not mine btw.

You could say that the government forcing you to buy insurance is an example but I get your point.

I meant health insurance. You aren’t really required to buy liability insurance. You have the option to park your car temporarily or permanently. And you don’t get a bill from your state. Liability insurance is basically a variable fee to participate in an activity on a public roadway. You used to be fined if you submitted an incomplete 1095–B at tax time for not having health insurance. A violation of the “commerce clause” which is one reason they don’t do it anymore.

I don’t know about losing. I seem to have an ad after every 3 tweets.
They clearly aren’t the advertisers he needs. By all accounts, he’s getting crushed by the reduction in ad revenue.
Those spam ads you’re seeing aren’t paying the bills and you’re likely seeing so many because of how little they pay.
People are getting ads for white supremacist websites in their feeds. What smart advertiser would want to be associated with that?

I don’t think he’s asking you to feel sorry for the him. He’s trolling people that don’t like him and using a proxy. He doesn’t give a sh—- if they advertise or not. His whole M.O. is to get rise out of leftists. I’m trying to teach you freaks about the psyche of Elon but I can’t keep doing it for free. It devalues the my substantive contributions to the conversation.
He quite clearly cares. His rants and lawsuit shows it.
