Let us be clear… HE didnt provide those rockets… he bought the company that undoubtedly would have pursued such development without him. Bezos went that route after all. Any impetus this giant turdstain gave would have , like with Trump and that entire behavioral set, been solely driven my ego.
HE isn’t responsible for the strong push by Tesla into EV, he just bought the company that did it. He’s never created, invented, or even dreamed up the slightest novelty or concept of value. Like with Trump, he inherited money and ran hog wild with it.
I am one of millions of people who have chosen to, on principle, refuse to pay for a mark or let him drive us off a platofrm that was very important to our communications over at least a decade or more.

I would disagree here. Once he bought the company and took over, he was responsible for the strong push from that point.
Again, if you want to make that argument (though I doubt you could conclusively prove it in a legal setting), ONLY FROM EGO, and not out of anything interested in bettering humanity… period. He did everythign he did because it made him look important /big shot, etc. And he fooled a great many people into thinking HE was the visionary.
Don’t know if anyone saw, astronauts stuck on the ISS. It was supposed to be 8 days but the Boeing Starliner is unsafe for pick up. Now they are stuck until 2025 when SpaceX goes and get them.
LOL get a Gilligan’s Island vibe from this one

I’m not quite sure why you would need to argue in a legal setting that Elon was responsible for the strong push in EV from Tesla once he took over. However, I still would think that is an easy one to convince a jury or judge of.
Now for the why, which wasn’t part of my earlier response, I would agree with you about Elon’s motivation being ego driven rather than altruistic.

I don’t have cable. Didn’t you already hear the interview? What was your understanding of the argument from the Rumble CEO?

When or if. Since the SpaceX vehicle isn’t ready yet either, no guarantees. It is quite a crazy situation. Yea def Gilligan’s Island.
“The conduct of Defendants and their co-conspirators is a naked restraint of trade without countervailing benefits to competition or consumers … The Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1, does not allow this," the complaint states. “The brand safety standards set by GARM should succeed or fail in the marketplace on their own merits and not through the coercive exercise of market power by advertisers acting collectively to promote their own economic interests through commercial restraints at the expense of social media platforms and their users.”
Rumble also accused GARM of using a “one-size-fits-all standards to perpetrate an advertiser boycott against Rumble and other platforms,” according to a press release.
Basically…boycotts for me, but not for thee.

I’m not sure how “one size fits all” standards are a bad thing here.
BREAKING: The World Federation of Advertisers has shut down the GARM project after Elon Musk’s 𝕏 and Rumble filed lawsuits against them over an ad boycott.
