I was already flying high from the dominant win last night, but reading Chris’ article just pumped me even more. Love his style of writing and he hits on significant points regarding UH play, in any sport. Glad he was able to interview Bilas and get those quotes from him.

This marks the fifth straight year we are ranked Top 20 nationally in efficiency per KenPom. Only a couple of other programs can say that.
Throw in the fact that we are coming off a Final Four and headed to the Big 12, and ESPN has every reason to promote us.

speaking about seth davis, he has ranked UH an average of 4 spots below our actual ranking for 50 weeks. That’s over 4 years straight! Seems like at some point people outside UH would start questioning his bona fides.

I saw one of the Greatest Cougars who ever lived, peeking under the arm of the ref in that last picture - Josanna Smith; and her wonderful husband - Bo Smith, who once served as Chairman of our Board of Regents - is also barely visible, sitting just to her right. They have been following the Coogs almost as long as I!!!
