Just now watched on AXS TV the 1981 Journey concert in the Summit, with the original members, Stev Perry et al. what a great show. We are getting old, but love what we enjoyed 40+ years ago.
Also. The Who. Greatest live rock band ever.

Evolution was Journey’s best album ever. I couldn’t stand their soft pop transition and don’t consider the two the same band.
+1.
Greg Rollie was the original lead singer of Journey. I saw them in The Summit on their last tour with Steve Perry in 1988 or 1989. It was awesome.
Yeah, when they first came on the scene with Wheel in the Sky and Lights I thought they were great. Next album was good, but then they got to be more a band for teenage girls.
The video is outstanding. It has not aged one bit. TheAC’DC video at River Plate stadium is unreal. Check it out. Another awesome concert at The Summit was The Police on their last tour, Synchronicity album before they reunited years after. Their energy was outstanding. Genesis at the Astrodome was outstanding too.
