Just ordered my Keenum Luv Ya Blue Coog jersey (Update: I just received the jersey!)

Ordered my jersey off maristown.com. Cost $80.
Ordered July 14 arrived August 9. I get that I wasn’t buying an authentic jersey but for $80 I was hoping for good quality.
I feel like I over paid for what I received. It came with a spot by the XII logo… the “1”s look worn/stained. And the “UH” looks funny, look at the stitching at the bottom of the “H”. The stitching in general is poor.
I would not recommend, as of now.
8/10/24 Update. I gave my customer feedback via their support email and requested a replacement or refund. Response was fast. A replacement is being sent. Will update when replacement is received.
** replacement received, the new jersey looks excellent. 8/30/24, see update photo in reply thread**

Good consumer feedback. The quality does not match the price. Can you get a refund?

Good morning JLCoog. I did message them with what I shared here and a few more pictures. I asked for a replacement or a refund. They replied with “ We received your pictures. We sincerely apologize for the mistake, the factory did not closely monitor the production process of your order, resulting in poor quality products.

We’ll arrange to resend you another jersey with the better quality, at no extra cost. Please rest assured! As soon as your order is ready for shipment, we will send you a shipping notification via email, along with any relevant tracking information.

Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience caused and hope for your continued support. We greatly appreciate your understanding and patience!”

It was a quick response so I am optimistic. I hope this next one is as nice as everyone else’s. I’ll update once it arrives.

Speaking of jerseys, does anyone know when there will be a better selection for Texans? I’m looking for a Stroud H-Town. Those appear to be in very high demand.

8/30/24, Good news www.maristown.com made it right. The replacement jersey arrived and it was in excellent condition. I appreciate them making it right. Two thumbs up.
