My top choice would be Tarleton’s HC Eliane Douglas Miron because she built a good, consistent winner from scratch in D1 (they probably would’ve gone to the NCAAs if theyd been eligible in 22 and took a point off the whorns in this year’s NCAAs). But there are other good candidates out there I’d be happy with.

If we can keep our roster (and momentum), I do think that this would be a good hire.

My vote would be for Amanda Stone at North Texas, who has done well there and is ready for a P4 job.
