“I would be highly disappointed if we weren’t in regionals. We have the talent; we just have to get everyone on the same page,” Vesely said. “I would be a little disappointed if we weren’t the highest rated academic team at Houston next year. We are going to be highly disciplined and give our all to the University of Houston in all aspects.”
The 2017 schedule will provide a measuring stick for the Cougars as they plan to play eight to ten top-30 teams from a year ago, including the defending national champion, Oklahoma Sooners.
