I think this is the walk on that Levine gave the scolly to. Sad to hear.

You are correct.

Horrible when someone loses their life at such a young age.

Prayers for his family.

WHY DOES THIS KEEP HAPPENING

We lost Earl Foster, K’Darian Smith, Cam Burrell and now Kyle Bullard. It hasn’t even been a whole year without us losing a young former player.

You’re right. Added him too.

Yeah! Never meant to call anyone out with that, just adding to the conversation :frowning:

It is just very sad all around ;(

That’s who I thought it was. Rest in peace

Anyone know what happened?

Very sad news. Wow, seems like yesterday we were watching him kick.

RIP :pray::pray:

Tragically, it’s been posted on Coogs House FB page by a former teammate that Kyle took his own life. Not seen anything else, but regardless, it is a serious problem for all. Especially as the pandemic has further isolated those with issues. Reach out to friends that you may not have talked with in a while. You never know what a big difference a small gesture might make. :pray::pray::pray:

So sad to hear this about Kyle. We had a small watch party in San Antonio in September 2019 for the Tulane game and Kyle attended with the group. He was telling us he had a kicking academy he had started and was such a nice young man and representative of UH. He had nothing but great things to say about his time at UH. Prayers for his family.

That was probably the best moment that went public across Tony’s tenure. The relief from Kyle and especially his mom was just incredible and feeling their anxiety and the possibility of bad news was all over their face. To witness their eruption of joy was just precious and so memorable realizing what a walk on athlete must go through and achieve to earn a fully scholarship.

How heart broken his mom is now is too incredible to imagine. God bless Kyle and his mother and family.

:100: A kind word or small gesture has pulled many back from the edge.

It’s not quite that simple. I’ve buried several Marines who blew their brains out after coming home. You could see the light fading from their eyes. You could hear the fear in the cries from their wives. Sometimes, nothing can stop them.

I don’t know the ghosts and demons this young man faced. I can only hope he went easy, and he’s now found peace.
