RIP. Sad news.

Oh, man. Really hate to hear that. He had a stroke in late 2020. His wife gave an update to the board but he never posted again.

Godspeed, @ddkately.

I went to high school with him. Westbury (HISD), class of 1996. I didn’t know him well in high school, but we connected on here…we didn’t know who each other were (behind the keyboards) until I referenced Chris Simms coming out of Westbury. He reached out to me and we developed a friendship. He was one of the kindest people I ever met. He didn’t really get my dark, sarcastic, dry humor…but he tolerated it…I’m sure he prayed for me, often.

Call your parents if they’re still alive, call your siblings, call friends you haven’t seen/heard-from in a while. If you have young kids, read them a book and hug them tight. God bless, and GO COOGS!!!
