Not exactly an ideal start:

You beat me to it…sad. Hopefully the talked about change in leadership will happen sooner than later.

Don’t think it’s going to get better:

Obviously not there in person, but just looking at today’s results so far, I can’t help but think this team is just going through the motions. The lack of leadership and motivation provided by the coaching staff over the course of the year is appalling.

About to finish up for the tournament. Things didn’t get better.

I bet Dave Williams is upstairs just nodding his head…

Competing in his final event with the Cougars, senior Matt Williams tied for 28th at 222. Junior Zach Tracy tied for 34th at 226, while junior Logan Young tied for 40th at 229.

What’s worse is that we finished 9th in a 10 team league where only only school, S Florida (#38) was ranked in the top 60 in the country.

Unacceptable , we ought to do better. These results seem to indicate that ten years is too long. These recent Team and individual results speak volume. This is not working and we need to find out why.
16 National Championship Teams
Seven National Individual Champions
Granted we were in a P5 but we gotta find better Coaches, recruit better and have an action plan to get better. Much better that is.

Dismuke has done a great job here, but this was a pretty awful season top to bottom. I believe he should get a chance to right the ship, but these kinds of seasons in CUSA are why Diz was hired in the first place about 10 year ago…
