Watched the TSU Ocean of Soul march in Krewe of Endymion in New Orleans last night, and wondered if the Spirit of Houston has participated in any Mardi Geas parades.
Maybe not New Orleans, but Galveston?
I was in SOH when we did one on the seawall in like 2001 or maybe 2002.
