If there is not a damn thing they can do, then there would be no need for us to attack because they wouldn’t have been able to attack the commercial ships like they did a few days ago. They still have capabilities, they used them and now here we are in a “new” war.

Really, we’ve been told that Iran is beat, decimated, etc etc since early March from what was supposed to only take a few weeks. Yet the fighting continues

I’m all for a new timeline. We can’t afford to lose this war and now or later we’ll need to see it through.

Unfortunately I suspect a bunch of missiles and bombs will drop but just to maintain the stand off.

So like the first war, I don’t think it’s a good idea unless you have the resolve to see it through. Unlike the last war, I don’t think there is much of a choice this time.

The genie is out of the bottle. I hope we own up to that sooner rather than later.

I want to see a victory but don’t want troops on the ground.

After looking at a few things here is the problem:

  1. Iran hasn’t invested in infrastructure (gotta pay those terror proxies)

  2. the power grid is about to fail after a few hits already.

  3. the grid going down is estimated to cause a total society collapse in 2 weeks

  4. in Gaza they showed humanitarian aid will be monetized and turned into bombs.

  5. The regime doesn’t care if their citizens die. They probably see it as less of a threat.

Answer: It actually is on the 1 yard line. But a touchdown doesn’t just win the game. It causes the whole stadium to come down. And the regime doesn’t care as long as they have the head coaching job.

You can’t negotiate- so what then?
