CKS mentioned on Monday that he’ll have to have surgery after the season. Will wear the mask the rest of the season.

I listened to 5 straight and it was all the usual coach talk and then I miss one and he gives some real info. That’ll teach me.

I am an Athletic Trainer. When ther is nose surgery it is either for more structural correction and or a “deviated” septum.

So if he plays without it, the only risk is a “gusher” if he gets hit again?
I think the risk is mostly that it’s not healed for a while so even the slightest tap could break it again. (completely a guess)
Yes can’t believe he played without it, can u imagine the pain if he gets hit in nose again, wow
