Anyone put in a request for NCAA tickets today through Cougar Pride? I can only go to the Final Four, so I ordered 6 for the Final Four at $250 per game (plus $10 fee). It said I would be charged $1,560, which would only be for one game (6x$260). I called Cougar Pride and asked about it and the lady who answered said the Final Four was only one game! I said, “Uh, that’s not true,” and she passed me on to her boss. He said $1,560 will be charged if they win the Elite 8 and if they won the Final Four semifinal, another $1,560 will be charged. FYI…

Good luck! It’s always a waiting game with F4 tickets from the school’s allotment. We didn’t get ours until about a few hours before in Indianapolis. Guessing they wait until the last of the big point guys checked in.

“Notifications will be sent by 5 p.m., Tuesday, March 18, to inform you if your request was fulfilled.”
I think they get some secondary allotments to offer up to folks who didn’t get lucky the first time around. I know that was the case in San Antonio a few years ago.

It’s crazy that in a 70,000 seat stadium like the Alamodome that UH would get only 3,300 tickets.

I would hope that we’ll have more available in the Alamodome than we did at Frost/ATT since there’s more capacity. Did they tell you that’s how many we would have, or are you talking about our last trip to SA?
I was able to get them last time, but the seats weren’t great. It looked like we had a super-limited number of lower level tickets for that game.
Email said we will have 200 tickets available for CP members for rounds 1 and 2, 300 for Sweet16/Elite8. Total tickets for the Final 4 is 3,352, not sure how many will be staff/player/AD holds and how many will go to CP

Man, that’s a crazy low number for the Final 4, and it’s a terrible place to watch a basketball game. 
My Son in Law gifted me tickets to the Final 4 which he got thru the general lottery a few months ago. Reserved a VRBO at a reasonable price about 3 blocks from the stadium. All set, I just need my Coogs to do their part!

I reserved 2 final 4 tickets via Cougar Pride. You are not charged unless we win the Elite 8 game. Did not figure in the potential cost of a 2nd game but it makes sense. We never have enough CP points for this to matter but figured I’d apply anyway.

I started looking back in October for the lottery ability to buy tickets and never saw it
Each school gets 5k tickets, and those are for staff, players family, coaches family, etc.
I would expect this allotment to double for the natty, as the losing school allotment gets redistributed.

Anyone having trouble requesting for tournament tickets? It’s not available to make a request when I clicked on the link from email or even my UH acct.
