I understand that UH only got ~50 tickets to allocate to donors for our 1st round game. Knuckleheads in the Indiana University administration have reportedly decided to allow only ~500 folks to sit inside their 17,222 seat arena.
[Note to self: Reserve further comments likely to bring out the flag people.]
Yup…not many people happy about the seating limitations. Hopefully when we advance there will be better opportunity for ticket allocations to fans in other arenas.
The tournament is worth a billion dollars and they don’t want to take any chances of a COVID outbreak cancelling games?
Not to mention several of the conference tournaments with larger crowds featured interactions between players and fans. Way too risky.
Nah. Must be something else.
