I believe so. Mercifully Bertman is gone. I think it is time to get some new blood in there
Bertman was a HUGE upgrade over the guy he replaced.

Bertman was, indeed, a huge improvement over the previous guy, who almost destroyed our band! I think his name was Talfert, and he worked the band down to about 75 members. And he used to play “Georgia on My Mind” so often that I just wanted him to MOVE TO GEORGIA! But the band under Bertman had slipped a bit in the last couple of years. Time for some new leadership, in my opinion.

Aside from that piano fiasco last year, I thought the band just fine.
