New red chairback seat at SCF Stadium

I was watching the RoughNecks game, and I noticed a second deck section on the Cullen side endzone filled with red seats. So does that mean they’re filling the rest of the sections with chairback seats?

I think this is the first time I have heard TDECU Stadium called its new name, Space City Financial (SCF) Stadium.

I still call the Las Vegas Raiders the Oakland Raiders.
