He looks pretty raw……looks like his FB was up to 90 a couple of weeks ago……gonna need some polishing….unfortunately, nothing about this staff gives me confidence in that happening.

agree, based on the videos. But he is projectable with that size but does not look like he has weekend stuff, yet.

It’s not a joke…I know first hand of a Dallas/Ft. worth pitching recruit that was offered three times the NIL money to attend UH.
He chose Ole Miss for 1/3 of the $$$
So yeah…coaching probably had a lot to do with it…Houston was a low desired spot for him
Dude, I’m calling BS on this……if we did, even TW could get this team into a regional….the players that have been recruited since NIL became a thing did not command NIL $$$.

I really wasn’t talking about NIL money. So many kids down through the years have made early commitments and never showed up to campus, even before all the money was flying around. I hope he makes it here and stars, but I have my doubts like any red blooded Cougar fan. It just hasn’t been going well for Todd that past few years.

We all know TW is nothing resembling a decent coach……imagine if this poster was right about the amount of NIL money( he’s not even close and we all know that), TW would have to have the absolute most off putting personality of any coach in North America.
To have that kind of NIL $$$$ and only have ONE player be named All-Big 12!? Not even another guy that was honorable mention……only ONE guy drafted!? With “more NIL money than most SEC teams” we would have not only MULTIPLE All-Big 12 but even an All-American or two and a dozen guys drafted.
