Better than NIL. It’s leadership training and professional development. This will benefit the majority of our athletes who will go into the workplace. This is also huge for networking.

Sounds like a great program and partnership
To me, these development programs offer alot of opportunities to current students or newly minted graduates.
Some may develop into the kind of people that will have the means to give NIL later in their careers. So yes, I believe in these programs.
Great for developing good young leaders as said most of these young men and women will go into the workforce and God knows we need to develop good future leaders
I view this as a value-added benefit for UH, in addition to a NIL. When you are a 18-22 year old athlete, nothing beats the cash in hand of a NIL.
