News Flash:UH did not beat LSU

Yes I have it on good authority (wink, wink) from the major Sports Broadcasters that We only beat LDU.That is the Louisiana Diminished University according to the “Talking Points” constantly spoken during and after the Texas Bowl. How was LDU diminished? Well, some of their players opted out of the bowl game including A.J. Haulcey who recently played for Houston before hitting the Portal. He knew what was waiting for them in the Texas Bowl and he told the other LSU players . This resulted in LSU becoming LDU after this self-diminishing act. Furthermore our great Coach Fritz, having coached in the great state of Louisiana knew their culture.Coach, being the gentleman he is did spot LDU two touchdowns to start the game to soothe their feelings of inadequacy. Obviously this was not enough and UH tied up the game and the rest is history UH 38 LDU 35. This was a true test of the SEC getting beat by the mighty B12 ! We gave them every chance and they still snatched defeat from the Cougar Jaws of Victory.
Coog Fans enjoy the victory and get ready for another great year in 2026 ! Geaux Coogs !

If lswho recruited players with better character, they would have played.

The SEC meat whistlers ALWAYS have an excuse when they lose to us infidels

You gotta forgive the SEC, they all grew up reading in textbooks about how getting your rear kicked by your superiors is winning, actually. With all of these opt-outs, you could say these Bowl Games are a Lost Cause.

Whatever makes them sleep better at night. We’ll be ranked in the final polls and they won’t be, those are the facts.

Because LSU used their backups and UH used their starters, this game is thereby granted to be a “quality loss”, per the SEC’s league agreement, this is an LSU win.

That puts LSU at 8-5 and UH at 9-4, due to the rule.

Congratulations LSU, much deserved win

So is LSU saying they don’t play two deep to keep players fresh and for situational downs.

Their whole offense was there except QB. But watching LSU this year the kid we played looked better than their starter

Maybe that’s why they didn’t do well. Depth is weak

LSU had serious depth problems. Having 110 guys is usually a problem everywhere.

I think the kid QB started for LSU the last 3 or 4 games. He was their starter by season’s end.

Put the trophy in the mantle. I’ve already forgotten who we played. Don’t care. Just win baby.

Credit to Parker Ainsworth for this reminder:
UH scored 38 on LSU without our top RB, OL or WR. Sanford was lost before the season started. Ndukwe was lost in game 3. Boogie Johnson was lost in game 6
