I sense strange things happening. Arizona, Baylor, Kansas and TCU can start the ball rolling next weekend.
Utah, BYU and Cincinnati can lose one more game. It’s not too much to ask, is it?

I almost want to give UCF a chance in Lubbock but that would be stupid. Tech is stout.
They can have a bad game and still win, just like us 
don’t sleep on rose color glasses.
I’ll try to decipher the tie-breakers by this evening unless someone beats me to it.

We would need pretty much everyone to lose because of the loss the WVU.
This video gives a breakdown and where online we can mess with it ourselves. I tried all kinds of scenarios and we are at the bottom tiebreakers

Exactly with the WV lost, it’s almost impossible that we make it to the title game.
Every team has to lose a bunch.
For each team to be knocked out of contention:
- Utah has to lose 1 game
- Cincy has to lose 2 games
- BYU has to lose 1 game
- Tech has to lose 2 games (they have the advantage for head to head)
With 3 weeks left in the season…
Y’all act as if BYU and Cincinnati have been stomping over everyone
Neither team is as good as their record suggests (UH falls into this category too)
Utah just needs to lose 1 more game. They have to play Baylor, Kansas and Kansas State. Winning all 3 is going to be tough.
There’s only one, truly “good” team in the big 12, and that’s Texas tech

We need Utah, Cinci and ASU all to have 3 or more losses. The only team that we could be ahead of would be a 2 loss BYU team.

We need BYU just to lose against TCU. Cincy needs to lose to either TCU or Arizona.
Utah needs to lose 1 of their next 3 games no matter what.

According to the tool you posted we actually would be trumped by Arizona state with a 4 team tie. It would go off SOS. We stand virtually no chance.
Yeah, I don’t see UCF winning in Lubbock, especially with Shiel Wood’s defence being as consistent & DOMINANT as it is.
If UH could win the next two - TCU and Baylor - and win our bowl game - for sure we would end the season ranked and that would be a HUGE accomplishment. Very worried about TCU and Baylor. Could go bad with one or both.
TCU is going to upset someone. Hopefully it isn’t us.

Yep, that loss to WV was devastating to our CG chances. It was such a winnable home game but the team just laid an egg. The vibe that week was off and the 11am start time after Halloween killed an opportunity of having a good crowd. A lost opportunity. But as frustrating as that loss was, we still have a chance for a 10 win season. Not many people were thinking that in August.
Now just quit beating ourselves with turnovers and we can win these next two games against our in-state and recruiting rivals.

Yeah that really sucks. Our head to head with ASU only matters if we are the only two tied with 2 losses.
