William Jackson played in 38 snaps during the Bengals 23-7 loss to Jacksonville, but didn’t record a stat as the Jaguars didn’t really go at him.
Charles Sims caught 2 passes on 2 targets for 11 yards in the Bucs 30-10 loss to the Saints. 3rd time in 4 games that Sims didn’t record a carry.
Tyus Bowser only logged 3 defensive snaps and no stats in the Ravens 23-20 loss to the Titans. Bowser also was called for a critical illegal formation penalty on special teams that wiped out a good punt for the Ravens. The punter shanked the ball on the next play and the Titans scored on the ensuing drive.
DJ Hayden had a nice game in the Lions 30-17 win over the Packers on Monday Night Football. Hayden made 3 tackles and logged a critical pass defensed when he knocked down a 3rd down pass in the first half to force a punt. Hayden also committed a pass interference penalty at the end of the game that allowed the Packers to score a TD during an untimed down; the TD pushed the total points to 47 which was more than the O/U of 42.5 so there’s probably some gamblers that are very thankful and some that are very upset at Hayden right now.
