For those of you interested in some of the issues surrounding NIL, the USPTO is putting on a seminar tonight discussing some of those issues.
From the description, it sounds like it’s geared to athletes and explains how to maximize NIL opportunities. I’m not sure if it’s anything you all would be interested in.
It’s free, but you have to register. It occurs tonight between 5:30 and 7:00.
