I have Comcast/Xfinity and the game is on Tru TV, Channel 667.

Does the NCAA March Madness Roku app work, or do you have to sign-in with a service provider?

Is that part of the CBS umbrella? If so the MM app

I watched the games on tv.youtube.com, TBS channel. There was an option of either TBS or Tru.

Trutv on Spectrum Southwest of Austin is carrying the game.

If you have Prime you can add Max there to avoid downloading a new app, maybe you can do a free trial
