UT has been a bit lucky with close games this year, glad they finally drop one.

Red Raiders closed that game out.
If I remember correctly Tech never got closer than 7 down against us in the second half. We led by double digits for 90% or so of the last 20 minutes.

Beard out coach Smart. Both are really good coaches but Beard going to the full court press when he did made the difference. To be clear, neither are as good as our coach.

Probably that 17-0 advantage on points off TO that TT had at one point. But it was not always a thing of beauty for sure.
When I mentioned this a month or so ago, I was told something like “we are not Phi Slama Jama” . . . . .

Phi Slamma Jamma had 5 first round draft picks and two players who ended up being in the top 50 players of all time.
I love the Sampson Coogs, but it is unfair to compare them or anyone to Phi Slamma Jamma.

Me too but it’s ok we don’t have to travel, stay home, practice, rest get ready for Saturday!
Unfortunately they were already there. As of course they travel the day b4 the game in most all cases esp if in FL. CKS was told when he arrived at the airport that gm may have to be cancelled.
Lol if you even mention the word dunk on the board there is always one reply like that.

That’s unfortunate for UCONN. Avg 20.3 PPG, ouch! Was he projected to enter the draft after this season?
