That is why you don’t hire a guy who has been at Army for 15 years. I would imagine the rules were a little different in West Point!

I heard a talking head suggest NW should forfeit this season because the rest of the staff is still there… The staff that was there while all this abuse was nomalized…
So, how can you make the argument that the current players are safe and removed from potential hazing/abuse with the same coaching staff there that was part of the normalized culture of abuse?

I think that before you take the extraordinary step of shutting the programs down based on allegations in lawsuits, you should get rid of the employees and players you think were involved. I don’t know all of the details, but that seems premature.

That’s the point… How do you know which coaches turned a blind eye… Aka “involved”.
You wait for the process to complete before you take actions that will harm the victims even more.
