Thanks so much for posting this Jcoop! Please give it a listen folks, Coach Bishop is a very engaging interview. We had a blast chatting with him, and as usual we try to go into greater depth for fans (vs the typical 5 min segment that’s just full of sound bites). Thank you for the work y’all do. You’re right much better than hearing the same 5 minute segment repeated about how UH plays tough defense and rebounds lol

Great interview and interesting to see how a big lineman got to love basketball. I think Sampson is the big draw and why he has been here so long. He mentions he hasn’t normally lived anywhere longer than 3 years, yet he has been here with Sampson since 2017. He gets to travel with the team, I saw him in San Antonio for the Sweet 16, he does all pregame warm ups.
