Football doesn’t enter my consciousness after the Senior Showcase until after the Tour de France ends.
Can’t give football serious consideration until I’ve reached closure from the Sweet 16 loss.
In the stages of grief, I’m only at denial.

Iowa’s first since 99’

I never felt this years team was as good as years past. Their defense was soft (comparably) and the offense had no serious post game. Figured Sweet 16 was the ceiling as well, and anything after was just gravy. I really hope we can get back to form with the scrappers we usually recruit.
