Helluva time for this to come out. Will this be a distraction for the gators?
That came out 3 months ago and FL has already dismissed the allegations and closed the Title IX inquiry. So I don’t think this is going to be a distraction.

Pretty crazy….i mean did these women just flat out lie?
There is either pics of his junk or there isn’t….pretty easy to verify….if he did send those he would be fired.
This is way old!!
Been cleared of all charges. But of course now he will always have this tagged to him. People that make false accusations should be dealt w severely n maybe it will stop some of it.

I am not a litigious person but this guy should 100% sue all of those involved in the false allegations.

Yes, it’s just gotten out of hand imo. Can u imagine Pollard if a 14 yr old girl at your School accused you of heinous act. All bc she was looking for payback bc you had disciplined her in Class.
Im all for guilty as charged but when its proven to be 
false, nothing happens to the person who made accusations.

There’s a big difference between the girls couldn’t prove he was stalking them and he actually wasn’t stalking them.
Years ago at a HS I was at, that happened to one of our tech teachers….Guy was probably 60 years old, even had a daughter( junior, I think)that went to the school.
A girl did exactly that….claimed that he touched her inappropriately during after school tutoring.
He was put on leave in October or November….i didn’t know him well ( it was a 5A school)….i think his wife supported him and knew it was BS….but his poor daughter man….HS is a cruel place.
In May!!!, yes May, the investigation was over and the girl finally admitted she lied because he had given her a couple of zeros.
I do know the guy sued her parents for defamation….not sure what happened with that….but yes, all it takes is one lie to upend your life.

You need to read the story that dismissed all allegations……you won’t feel that way after….this dude was targeted.
Know all too well. My wife was in Education for 30 yrs b4 her recent Retirement from that part of her career. She was in top Administration for many yrs at the end n had t9 go to the Schools for several of these situations. Lot of times she couldn’t really say much to me till it was all over
