From the Houston point of view, I think we want as many teams to get as many losses as possible.
BYU
Texas tech (near certain loss)
Iowa state (probable)
Cincy (possible)
Utah (possible)
TCU (possible loss, but I doubt it)
UCF (should win)
Utah
Colorado (should win, but possible)
Cincy (possible)
Baylor (should win, but possible)
K state (should win but possible)
Kansas (possible)
BYU (possible)
So assuming byu loses to tech, who has more losses in their schedule? Idk, but it’ll be fun to see

Definitely rooting for BYU. Utah still seems to think that it’s too good to be in the Big 12 Conference; never mind that they haven’t proven that they can beat UH in football, basketball, or baseball, and aren’t doing very well in the conference’s biggest sports.
As for the Holy War thing…not seeing BYU and Utah as truly being such a thing.
BYU v ND or BYU v. Baylor…now THAT would be a TRUE “Holy War.”

I want our B12 teams to do well, but I don’t want to have such parity that we have too many teams with too many losses to be ranked. If we just keep winning, we will be in the CCG and control our own destiny.

One of these teams will get a “quality loss” this weekend and both still be ranked imo…
I want BYU to beat Utah but I also want the Coogs to win out & get in the CCG… so it’s a mixed bag for me.
