OT: Kiffin’s Parting Shot at Mississippi

Kiffin is controversial wherever he goes. I would not be surprised if Kiffin requires extra security when LSU plays Mississippi in Oxford.

Mark your calendar. LSU at Mississippi, September 19, 2026.

What a nasty guy.

Could’ve just left it at “money”/NIL.

But piles on with more excuses for leaving.

Great coach, but toxic personality

He didn’t win at Mississippi until Saban retired and he hired Saban’s DC. That guy is now head coach at Miss.

We will have to wait and see if he has a DC at LSU.

nonsense he was 5-5 in 2020 after taking over for 4-8 Durkin the year before and that was with a covid all SEC schedule plus #11 Indiana in a bowl game

he was 10-3 and finished #11 the next year…that is winning

Maybe he thought some things need to be brought to light. When a guy gives the patented coach speak people complain about that; but when they speak real issues some attack him for that.

Those Cajuns are just as bad - especially with liquor in the system - went to a tailgate once and the smell of beer in the area was something I’ll never forget

Sark is playing Kiffen’s game now.

When you wrestle with pigs, you BOTH get muddy.

…only… the pig enjoys it…

I’m glad neither one of them is the UH Coach.

I can see his having a problem with Kiffen. It’s a common occurance.

But to bash the “School”?

Classless!

Happened all the time, coming from coaches in the SWC towards UH back in the day.

UH Football has a LOT to be proud of.

Especially so, right now…

By the time Willie retires, the National Brand will be big time.

…and everyone will be complaining about ticket prices.

Right where we were before the BCS era…

Long Live Willie!!!

I would think all transfer players are held to the same transfer requirements/credit acceptance as any other transfer students…

This is a rule at all universities… no matter how many credits you transfer in you still have to take a certain amount of credits at the university that you are transferring into in order to graduate from the new university that you transferred into…

Iirc when I transferred to UH it was the last 60 hours had to be taken at UH in order to graduate from UH.

Steve Sarkisian got an Associates Degree from El Camino Community College and a Bachelors in Sociology from BYU.

In other words, he majored in Football.

He shouldn’t exactly be throwing the stones of a difficult academic path. He’s “weaved his share of baskets”, IMO…

Puzzles me why Sark would jump into that pool of quicksand. Head first.
