You do remember what MJ said about the Rockets. He prayed that the Bulls never played the Rockets in the final. Phil Jackson said the same thing. This was THE team that caused the most miss matches for them.

For some of you unaware of the 93/94 World Champions Houston Rockets.
Rockets had Vernon Maxwell. Overall an on and off player but when facing MJ I remember him always being on and even winning most of those matchups. But that’s just off memory and perhaps stats tell a different story.
Winning in 2016 did it for me. To lead a team from 3-1 down and win game 7 on the road was the most clutch thing I have ever seen an athlete do.
Just to put it into perspective:
In the 2015-16 Season, the Warriors were 73-9. They had the number 1 scoring offense in the league at 114.9 ppg. In Game 7 of the Finals, they scored 89 points. Lebron had a triple double 27, 11 and 11.
