Imagine Andre sending a C&D if somebody used #11. 
Even then he would have a stronger case than Daniels because his is actually retired.

From what I understand, the C&D doesn’t prevent the other player from wearing 5, it prevents LSU from using Daniels’s name, image, and likeness going forward. He just issued it as retribution for letting the player wear 5.
Buncha crybaby nonsense either way.

If I read that correctly even if they retire a number they can still use it, and they promised it during recruitment. Sounds bitchy should change his name to Karen Daniels.
