So Johnny Manziel will not attend the Heisman ceremony until Reggie Bush gets his Heisman Trophy returned.

Great point. It is a travesty that Reggie was stripped of his Heisman. The Heisman club lost all credibility when they stripped him of his well earned/deserved trophy.
