Oilers season ticket holder and Love ya Blue lives on till this day. The city loved the Oilers. After all those years of losing, Bum and the team connected with the city like no other.

I caught the tail end of the episode of A Football Life on Ken Stabler this morning that guy enjoyed life no doubt about it.

One of the jokes about Kenny “The Snake” Stabler was that he studied the playbook by the light of the jukebox.

Not sure it originated with Stabler. I can think of some party hardy QBs before Stabler that it would have applied to.
