The ravens don’t wear browns uniforms when playing Cleveland. This is petty, like Adams level petty

Only way this is ok is if is just one last time with a ceremonial selling of the uniform rights back to Houston at the end of the game. Of course this is not what’s happening.

Hope Stroud is back and healthy for that game so they can stomp a mud hole in those jackwads.

Should we expect anything less from a team owned by the Adamses? I would love for the Texans to win 50-0.

It’s nice to see that the Adams Family have moved on and are not bitter…

I’m sure the NFL and network suits are loving this idea. This is a great storyline for the national media.

  1. City which the football team moved comes back to honor their predecessor; or
  2. City which football team moved rubs old city’s nose in losing team.

The heat from the crowd when the Titans take the field will be worth the price of admission.

As a lifelong Oilers fan, I need to double my blood pressure medication that day.

I love it too - the Texans have always been a marketing manufactured team from the get go - and yea JJ Watt is overrated…

the media in Houston has run cover for the likes of McLane, McNair et al and vilified Adams since he didnt fit the mold

I hope some day someone will tell the real story of why Bud moved the team and not the varnished version we’ve come to believe

Ryans better run up the score

They couldn’t even if they wanted to. Cleveland’s mayor at the time fought tooth and nail to keep the Browns colors and history in Cleveland. Lanier obviously didn’t.

If you know the “real” story spill it. I believe there are many parties at fault not just the Adams family.

Won’t happen, we all know the real story and the Adams family is a bag rubber wangs.

lets just say that in the River Oaks circles in those times Bud and Mayor Lanier didnt see eyeball to eyeball on many things

Lanier used the media to label Bud as the villian he is seen as today - but the truth is Lanier DID maneuver to get McLane a new Stadium downtown and told Bud to pound sand which triggered the ultimate move

Then thereafter McNair was awarded a new NFL franchise and the rest is history…I’ll let others research the relationship between McNair and Lanier

Bud didnt do himself any favors that is a fact, but in truth HE did bring the NFL to Houston originally

Adams family continues the legacy of spite and pettiness. Sicking the NFL on the Coogs was low, and they continue to lower themselves with stunts like this. They’ll learn karma is a m’fer

Lanier enriched many of his buddies with depressed downtown real estate that when cleaned up suddenly became profitable to sell.
