or the time they were to surpass UH in enrollment once opened and the state quickly shut all that down and didn’t enforce the mandate they have the same things UT has - just remember TSU’s allies have been key to UH’s success in athletics in the past -
Watched the highlights. The crowd was decent. But man, the Ocean of Soul and Motion of the Ocean were straight fire.
