Price is looking forward to seeing Houston make a similar run in the NCAA Tournament.
“Usually the first game is the hardest game and now our guys have a taste of that following last year,” said Price, who was on the bench when Houston made it to the second round in 2017. “The returners, they know how hard we have to play to win games in the tournament. We know we’ll be playing against the best teams from each league.
“At the end of the day, our new record is 0-0. This starts a whole new season, and our guys know the importance of that.”
