Did I miss this somehow? Were they with the tickets through Ticketmaster?
If your season ticket at TDECU came with a parking pass, you should have received one for NRG. Yes, mine was with my game ticket. I accessed mine through the Texans App.
In my Ticketmaster account the parking pass was out here before the tickets. I saved to my wallet then the tickets showed up 2 days later. Saved them to my wallet.
Just called the ticket office because my parking pass wasn’t showing up in the app. They said I got parking for the season with my season tickets but not for the TTU game.
Did they explain why. Donations level perharps ?
I assumed that was why. I was under the impression it came with a parking pass for the tech game but I guess not. She asked when I bought my season tickets though. Not sure why that would matter…
I recommend calling Cougar Pride. I was under the assumption all season ticket holders with parking passes at TDECU received a pass for NRG. The game was originally scheduled to be in TDECU and when we accepted the invite U of H treated this as a home game for tickets and I thought for parking at NRG.
