Perfect Attendance Event Announcement

I received an email today announcing there will be a 2025 / 2026 “perfect attendance event” per the excerpt below.

We’re excited to recognize and celebrate you. All For The City Supporters who achieved 100% ticket utilization this season will be honored with a pregame tailgate party before the first Saturday home game next fall.

I got nothing. I only sold two games of tickets and I was personally at every other game.

I am guessing it’s a scanning issue. I remember a couple of games where the scanning was troublesome, but they just waved me through anyway.

Me four… I didn’t receive any notification even after attending each and every of our games

I understand the frustration for those who did not receive the notification in regards to the event. If you believe you had perfect attendance then contact your Cougar Athletic Representative and ask them to resolve the issue.

You got memories that are priceless…

Hopefully they have better things to do than chase attendance records anyway. :sunglasses:

UH should enter all the perfect attendance ticket holders into a drawing for courtside seats to a premier conference game every year…

I missed a few non-conference games early in the season, so I did not qualify. Sounds like UH has some opportunity for improvement with its perfect attendance recognition.

Katie - My Cougar Athletic Representative left CP for a new job as well. I was assigned a new representative that was hired as a replacement within CP. I suggest you call CP and find out who is you current Cougar Athletic Representative. Since they started the C. A. R I have had great success in working with the reps.

They said they would let us know when a new rep was hired, have not heard anything yet.

I emailed yesterday to the main address about perfect attendance, no word back yet

I’m curious, is there any way to check your progress towards perfect attendance? Is there something in our UH account? Also, do all tickets need to be scanned? there were times where I went alone and my other ticket did not get used.

Since they don’t even seem who know who had “perfect attendance,” I’m pretty sure there’s no way for us to see that. :confused:

Katie - I am sorry you’re having issues. My newly assigned C.A.R reached out directly to me via a one-off personal email as soon as Alvin Brooks and my new C.A.R. agreed on changes at CP. This was awhile back in Q4 - 2025. I suggest you call CP 713-743-4684 and ask whoever answerers the phone to tell you who is your C.A.R. and their contact information. An email to the main CP address may not get answered in a timely manner.

SPE - If you did not have both of your tickets scanned when you went alone, the ticket not scanned will not count towards perfect attendance. Ticket has to be scanned so the system will think it was used.

It sounds like if a person had 4 or more tickets, their chances of perfect attendance would be pretty low. Pretty hard to herd that many cats for the entire season. :sunglasses:

I still believe the scanners are part of the issue. When I did go alone, the attendants looked at me like I was nuts when I tried to scan my second ticket and just tried to usher me through.

This marketing event will take place as a tailgate (football indoor practice field?) before the first basketball :basketball: Saturday game next November…

There have only been a few games (in prior seasons) where I attended alone and I never had an issue with the attendant allowing me to scan my second ticket. This past season we both attended every game, both tickets scanned and we are included in the “perfect attendance.”
