I know games don’t come down to one play, but rewatching the game, THAT was a horrible miss by the ref. Defender basically tackled the WR waaaaay early.
Then we punted.

When we got the 4th down at the one and a half, right before we threw the interception in the end zone, I thought the ball should have been marked at the half yard line. But only saw one quick replay on the big screen at the game.

I was really surprised they didn’t review it.

I think if the line of scrimmage is inside the 15 yard line, it is marked at the 1.

I will say that the 15 yard limit to pass interference was because of the Run and Shoot. UH always leading the way in innovation.
