What do we glean from our program lately that makes it apparent we’ll ever recruit a stud pitching staff? I’d say is middlin’ to average from this point forward.
You know we can get back to having stud pitching….just not with this staff.
I spoke with a parent of a potential pitching recruit who picked a different Big-12 school because they liked the staff more at the other school.
Thought UH had nice facilities etc. but just felt more comfortable elsewhere….was told CTW did not have a very nice reaction when told of the family’s plan to not commit to UH.

I took it as he felt jaded or pissed the kid chose elsewhere……not really a good look.
I think the proper thing to do is say….” Well, I hate to hear it but if things don’t work out give us a call and we’ll see what we can do”.
