Redevelopment 3rd ward to create a city centre tyoe district to support the University of Houston
This is 1.2 miles from my house. I would likely not have bought there anyway, because this station constantly rips off its costumers, but happy for my neighborhood billionaire.

My good friend owns a few (even has his own website for them www.Edoppermann.com). The 1920 classics are a lot of fun to drive and ride. Although I feel like people were smaller back then because in some of these its hard to fit a driver and a passenger in the front.
